Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading visual design across Metro Group’s brand and real estate projects. Day-to-day work includes developing brand identities, designing marketing and promotional materials, refining logos and visual systems, and producing graphics for digital and print campaigns.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives and architectural concepts into compelling visual narratives.

maintain design consistency across all touchpoints, mentor junior designers, and contribute to creative strategy for new projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-channel design work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving visual identities for diverse projects.
- Advanced Typography skills and the ability to establish and maintain explicit typographic hierarchies and styles.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools. (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro, AI Tools).
- Experience designing for both digital and print media, including brochures, hoardings, social media creatives, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to interpret architectural and marketing briefs into design concepts.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, or related industries is an advantage.
