We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft

Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance) to join our ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics

365 Business Central (formerly Navision) with a focus on the Finance module and

India localization. The candidate should be capable of independently managing end-

to-end ERP implementations, interacting with clients, gathering business requirements, and delivering successful solutions.

Experience : 4+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through client discussions and workshops.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and project documentation.
- Configure and implement the Finance module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Design functional solutions for enhancements, customizations, and business process improvements.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training.
- Perform data migration and data validation activities.
- Work closely with technical consultants during development and deployment.
- Handle customer support tickets, change requests (CRs), and post- implementation support.
- Participate in the development of new add-on solutions and process improvements.
- Ensure successful project delivery within timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong functional expertise in the Finance Module.




- Experience with India Localization, including:

o GST o TDS o TCS
- Successfully completed at least three end-to-end Finance module implementations independently.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates should have prior experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Partner.

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree with relevant ERP implementation experience.
