Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from designing scalable architectures and writing clean production code to participating in testing and deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams, contributing to the delivery of robust web applications and backend services built on contemporary cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, integrating front-end interfaces with back-end systems.
- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch depending on project requirements.
- Write reusable, modular, and well-documented code in JavaScript and TypeScript, following best practices and internal coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate actively in the software testing lifecycle, including code reviews, test case analysis, test witnessing, and sign-off on software certifications.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and operating systems in development and production environments.




- Work with automation frameworks to improve test coverage and streamline release pipelines.
- Engage with global stakeholders during overlapping IST working hours, contributing to cross-regional planning and technical discussions.
- Leverage knowledge of Java or C++ for integration scenarios, legacy system support, or performance-sensitive modules where applicable.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt relevant tools, frameworks, and cloud-native patterns to improve team velocity and application reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

Primary (Must Have)

- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript in both front-end and back-end contexts.
- Proficiency in React.js, including component architecture, state management (Redux, Context API, or equivalent), and performance optimisation.
- Solid Node.js experience, including building REST APIs, middleware design, and async programming patterns.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Secondary (Good to Have)

- Exposure to GraphQL schema design and query optimisation.
- Familiarity with Java or C++ for supporting polyglot environments or performance-critical components.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or similar).

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on full stack or web application engineering.
- Comfortable working under general supervision while taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Demonstrates a degree of creativity and independent thinking when solving technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed and global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to work during general IST hours with flexibility for occasional global call overlaps.
