Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Flutter, frontend architecture, state management, component-driven development, and API integration.

The selected candidate will lead frontend architecture across multiple products, establish frontend engineering standards, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own frontend architecture across multiple products.
- Design and build scalable web applications using React.
- Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter.
- Create reusable component libraries and frontend design systems.
- Define state management, routing, API integration, and frontend architecture standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient API contracts.
- Work with product managers and UX designers to convert product requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
- Review code and enforce frontend engineering best practices.
- Mentor frontend developers and lead technical design discussions.
- Drive adoption of frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.




- Expert knowledge of React.
- Solid experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Experience building Flutter applications.
- Deep understanding of component-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Experience integrating REST and/or gRPC APIs.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive frontend engineering standards.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Nx Monorepos.
- Experience with Vite.
- Experience with medical imaging applications.
- Experience with WebGL or Canvas rendering.
- Experience with desktop applications.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Technology Stack :

- React, TypeScript, Flutter, Redux, Zustand, Vite, Nx, REST/gRPC, Git, Docker, Azure/AWS.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
