We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to build modern, scalable web applications using React and TypeScript. You'll create intuitive, responsive user experiences, develop reusable UI components, and help establish frontend best practices across our applications.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building high-quality user interfaces, solving complex UI challenges, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.

We operate with an AI-first engineering approach. Engineers are expected to leverage AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, and modern productivity workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable components, shared UI patterns, and frontend frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple applications.
- Create responsive, accessible, and performant user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
- Develop complex, data-rich interfaces including dashboards, tables, filtering, search, and visualization experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established engineering standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and usability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
- Partner with product, design, QA,



and backend teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience building production web applications with React.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience building reusable UI components and component-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and contemporary frontend development practices.
- Experience consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with frontend state management and asynchronous data handling.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and browser rendering fundamentals.
- Experience writing unit and component tests using modern testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, coding agents, or similar) as part of daily engineering workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern frontend styling frameworks.
- Experience with frontend performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based application development and deployment environments.
- Experience working in e-commerce, retail, analytics, or data-intensive applications.
