Bachelors degree in accounting or MBA/CMA / CA / CPA (or equivalent). A combination of experience and education can be substituted.
Experience in a Finance Accounting Role(4-5 years)
Experience in General Ledger Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, reviewing Journals, Fixed Assets Accounting, Month End close activities, etc.
Experience in finance operations work with expertise in [RTR] / GL/Reporting related processes in a BPO/Shared Services environment
Exposure to a Workday ERP/SAP environment Workday in a multi country environment with Shared service exposure.
Preferred background being service industry
Required positive knowledge on MS Office
Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude
Commitment to quality work
Strong Communication and Negotiations skills
Exposure to R2R Analytics.
