We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities across multiple categories, ensuring timely purchasing, cost optimization, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) materials, marketing-related items, and festival/event purchases.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor the procurement process until material delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
- Maintain vendor database and develop strong supplier relationships.
- Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing and negotiation.
