Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Quality Advisor -Process excellence with a strong background in quality management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing project quality plans, ensuring compliance with customer processes, and facilitating process harmonization. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal management and customers.

Responsibilities

- Establish project quality plans and strategies to achieve project goals.
- Initiate and set up current projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Understand customer processes and ensure project compliance.
- Engage with customers on process harmonization initiatives.
- Analyze and communicate process improvements to internal management and customers.
- Tailor processes for projects and provide support to delivery team members in Project Management, Incident Management, Service Management, and Configuration Management.
- Conduct project performance analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Perform project assessments and audits,



analyzing performance at the project, account, and business unit levels.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of process improvement plans.
- Support organizational and business unit-level process initiatives.
- Contribute to the improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Service Management Systems (SMS) by leveraging lessons learned and best practices from projects.
- Conduct training sessions on process orientation, project management, and estimation techniques.
- Manage Business Unit level dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Mandatory Skills

- ISO Internal Auditor certification.
- Strong knowledge of Service Management systems, ITIL Framework, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000.
- Experience in conducting process audits.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management and quality assurance.
