Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development and Operations Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,



generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential students, parents, partners, and institutional stakeholders. The executive will manage the end-to-end client journey, including initial consultation, follow-ups, documentation coordination, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing key accounts, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and supporting marketing initiatives such as events, seminars, and digital outreach. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to streamline operational processes, improve service delivery, and provide feedback from the market to enhance offerings.
