Broad outline of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category management across Colocation Services, Renewable Energy, and Fiber Operations & Maintenance (O&M;). The role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization while ensuring operational reliability and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in telecom, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, or data center environments and possess robust commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in engineering and MBA or Master's degree(Preferred)
Experience working in telecom,



digital infrastructure, data centers, hyperscalers, or renewable energy organizations.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain procurement documentation, approvals, and reporting.
Drive ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for:
Colocation and data center services - Manage procurement of colocation space, power, Evaluate suppliers on cost, scalability, resilience, security, and service performance.
Renewable energy procurement and sustainability initiatives - Collaborate with business stakeholders to support decarbonization and ESG objectives, analyze energy markets, tariffs, and supplier options to optimize energy costs.
