Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in Google Ads (AdWords), PPC campaigns, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, search engine optimization, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max) campaigns.
· Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
· Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
· Perform website audits and recommend technical SEO improvements.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
· Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
· Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.




· Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
· Strong expertise in:
o Google Ads (AdWords)
o Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
o Google Analytics (GA4)
o Google Search Console
o Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis
· Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
· Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
· Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is an added advantage.
· Robust analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
· Excellent communication and time management skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
