Role Description
As the Design & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of product development, production, and collection launches across Ara Lumière and Ara Pret. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru requires someone with a strong understanding of garment production, sampling,



vendor management, and operational planning while collaborating closely with design, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams.
You will ensure collections move seamlessly from concept to production, maintaining the highest standards of quality, timelines, and brand integrity. The role also involves streamlining operational processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting commercial growth through efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development and production for Ara Lumière and Ara Pret.
Own collection planning, sampling, costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with design, production units, vendors, artisans, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor production quality, timelines, and capacity planning while ensuring timely collection launches.
