Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to oversee machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support packing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of packing machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating installation projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Installation & Commissioning
Install, assemble, and commission packing and production machinery at customer or plant sites.
Conduct machine testing, calibration, and performance validation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors,
and internal teams during installation projects.
Prepare installation reports and technical documentation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packing machines and related equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Maintain maintenance records and service logs.
Packing Operations Support
Monitor packing line performance and efficiency.
Ensure packing equipment operates according to production requirements and quality standards.
Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Support production teams during machine setup and changeovers.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
