Job Summary
HI Tours Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Specialist – Short Haul to support the sales and operations function for international short-haul holidays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing holiday quotations, converting leads into confirmed bookings, coordinating travel operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities




Handle customer enquiries received through various sales channels.
Prepare customized holiday quotations and travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Follow up on assigned leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners for reservations and confirmations.
Process bookings, travel documents, vouchers, invoices, and itineraries accurately and within timelines.
Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements from booking to tour completion.
Provide timely updates and assistance to customers throughout their travel journey.
Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead when required.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer interactions in company systems.
Work closely with the Sales & Operations Team Lead to achieve departmental goals.
