The manufacturing unit is located in Barhi Industrial Area, Haryana, supported by a corporate office and experience center in Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi. Team members work closely with production and corporate functions to support a growing presence in the sanitary and plumbing products market.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele-caller and Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing Sanjay Chilly products, and clearly explaining product features, pricing, and offers.



The Tele-caller and Sales Executive will follow up on leads, maintain updated records of calls and customer interactions, and support order closure in coordination with the sales team. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, sharing catalog and product information, updating CRM or sales logs, and assisting in post-sale support when needed. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams, participating in basic sales reporting, and contributing to targets for lead conversion and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and clearly over the phone.
Basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing or supporting closure of orders.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
Comfort with using telephone systems, basic computer applications,
