Experienced Inventory Management qualified with strong expertise in end-to-end stores operations, material control, and SAP-based inventory systems within a manufacturing/industrial environment. Proven ability to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and adherence to organizational SOPs and compliance standards.
Well-versed In
Physical stock verification & cycle counting
Ensure 100% stock of MIN-MAX items
Non-moving / obsolete stock identification and liquidation
Scrap management and disposal coordination
Documentation and audit compliance
MIS of S&S; Inventory related to Senior management.
Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills
Timely Monitoring & releasing of PR’s
Circulating monthly Slow Moving, Non-Moving, Surplus & Obsolete Inventory to Group units.
Maintaining 100% stock of MIN-MAX Items
Preparing timely Inventory Reports
Co-ordinating & preparing STO (Stock Transfer Order) to Intra-units.
KRA 1: Inventory Accuracy & Control
Maintain ≥ 98–99% inventory accuracy (system vs physical).
Ensure stock reconciliation and variance analysis on a periodic basis.
Conduct cycle counting / annual physical verification as per schedule.
KRA 2: Stock Optimization (FSN / ABC Control)
Monitor Fast, Slow, Non-moving (FSN) items regularly.
Analyze dead / obsolete inventory and initiate disposal actions.
Maintain inventory at optimum level (avoid excess & shortages) .
Periodic review using ABC classification .
KRA 3: Issue & Availability Management
Ensure timely material availability to user departments.
Monitor stock-outs / critical spares and escalate proactively.
