At Malaaha, we’re building more than a body care brand—we’re building a movement around self-love through science-backed, active-led body care.
We’re looking for a Meta Growth Specialist who can help us build our Meta acquisition engine from the ground up.
This is not a role for someone who has only worked on large, established brands with existing winning campaigns. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of building, testing, learning and scaling in an early-stage startup.
What You’ll Own
• End-to-end ownership of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Build campaign structures from scratch
• Plan and execute creative testing across UGC, founder-led content, statics and Reels
• Identify winning audiences, creatives and offers
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily
• Analyze the complete customer journey from click to purchase
• Work closely with the founder on growth experiments and strategy
• Share weekly performance insights with clear recommendations
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
• 1–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience working with D2C brands (Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, Fashion or Consumer brands preferred)
• Worked on an early-stage D2C brand and contributed to building its Meta acquisition engine from the ground up
• Built and optimized Meta campaign structures from scratch, including testing, learning and scaling
• Robust understanding of creative testing and iteration
• Deep knowledge of:
* Campaign structure
* Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns
* Broad targeting
* Lookalike audiences
* Retargeting
* Audience exclusions
* Attribution
* Creative fatigue
* Scaling strategies
• Comfortable analyzing performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Knows how to improve key metrics
