About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media function — managing multiple client accounts, guiding a team of executives, and driving measurable results across platforms. This role requires a solid blend of leadership, strategy, creativity, and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Create and oversee monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
Guide and mentor a team of social media executives — reviewing content, providing feedback, and ensuring quality output
Develop engaging content — posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos
Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams for seamless campaign execution
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Track and report KPIs including engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and ROI
Own client communication — approvals, feedback, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
