As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic skilled to lead our international business expansion.

Role Overview
The Manager – International Expansion will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling Frido's presence across international markets. The role involves market research, distributor development, export sales, strategic partnerships, international marketplace management, and driving revenue growth across key geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Frido's international expansion strategy.
Identify high-potential countries, market opportunities, and growth segments.
Build and manage relationships with distributors,



dealers, importers, and channel partners.
Drive export sales for Frido's mobility, ergonomic, and wellness product portfolio.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new international markets.
Manage partnerships with global distributors and healthcare channels.
Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure smooth market entry.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing for international business execution.
Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive benchmarking across markets.
Explore opportunities on international B2B and B2C marketplaces such as Amazon Global, Noon, Walmart Marketplace, etc.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Track market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business performance.
Achieve international sales and revenue targets.
