Role Description The Management Faculty role at FACE Prep is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging management-focused sessions, including lectures, discussions, case studies,



and interactive activities tailored to placement-oriented skill development. Daily responsibilities include planning curricula, preparing teaching materials and assessments, mentoring students, and providing feedback to help learners improve their skills and employability. The role involves collaborating with other faculty and training teams to align content with industry requirements and placement goals. The faculty member will also contribute to academic research, participate in workshops and training events, and support continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and program outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management concepts to effectively train students for workplace readiness.
