SEO Growth Lead
Team: Product
Reports to: Product Lead
Location: Hybrid (Pune/Mumbai)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Growth Lead to own and scale the organic growth strategy for a high-traffic B2C digital platform. This is a product-centric SEO role where you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build SEO directly into the product experience rather than treating it as a separate marketing function.
You will be responsible for driving qualified organic traffic, improving search visibility, and increasing revenue through technical SEO, content strategy, AI-powered search optimization, and data-driven experimentation. As the growth organization evolves, this role offers the opportunity to expand into broader Performance Marketing ownership across paid acquisition channels, making it an ideal position for someone who aspires to become a full-funnel Growth Leader.




Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth Strategy
Own the end-to-end organic growth strategy, driving qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue through search.
Develop scalable SEO initiatives aligned with business goals and customer acquisition objectives.
Map customer search intent to landing pages, category pages, and content strategies that maximize conversion opportunities.
Design and optimize internal linking architecture to improve discoverability and search performance.
Product-Led SEO
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate SEO best practices into product development.
Translate SEO requirements into developer-friendly user stories, technical specifications, and implementation tickets.
Ensure SEO is incorporated into recent templates, product features, and site architecture by default.
