ROLE OVERVIEW
The CRM & Marketing Operations Executive is a central, India-based role responsible for the end-to-end processing, qualification, routing,



and quality of every marketing lead generated across the Pahwa Group’s global businesses. The position sits within the AVP – Digital Marketing’s team and operates as the single funnel-point through which leads from digital campaigns, offline sources, and social media flow to the right sales person, in the right division, in the right country.
Beyond lead processing, the role owns CRM data integrity on Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Automation, builds and maintains live dashboards, surfaces early-warning signals when lead volumes shift unexpectedly by region or campaign, and serves as the operational backbone connecting marketing activity to sales follow-through across Bry-Air, Desiccant Rotors International, Delair, and Technical Drying Services divisions.
