Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Identify trending topics, viral opportunities, and emerging platform features.
Research competitors and industry best practices.

Content Strategy
Plan engaging content for:
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
TikTok
YouTube
X (Twitter)
Develop campaigns that increase engagement and followers.




Create storytelling strategies for founders and company brands.
Work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.

Community Management
Manage and grow online communities.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
Build relationships with influencers and creators.
Monitor brand reputation.

Analytics & Performance
Track KPIs including:
Reach
Engagement
Watch Time
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Leads
Conversions
Follower Growth
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Use data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.

Paid Social
Assist in planning and optimising paid social campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximise campaign performance.
