We're looking for a passionate sales skilled who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping people confidently begin their smile transformation journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact and engage qualified leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer concerns and recommend the most suitable treatment plan.
Conduct detailed consultation calls and explain the clear aligner treatment process.
Build trust with prospective patients and address objections confidently.




Schedule smile assessments and coordinate with the clinical team.
Consistently follow up with prospects until they make a purchase decision.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM after every interaction.
Coordinate with doctors and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Upsell treatment upgrades, refinements, retainers, and related services whenever appropriate.
Ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to treatment initiation.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Healthcare Sales, EdTech, SaaS, Insurance, Banking, or other consultative sales roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Comfortable selling high-value products or services over phone and video calls.
