The People Insights (PI) team at Deloitte Global empowers stakeholders through delivery of actionable insights for data-driven decision making, fosters a culture of continuous improvement through analytics excellence, drives innovation through data, and is the go-to resource for evidence-based people strategies.
The People Insights Deputy Manager will combine people analytics consulting, project leadership, and people leadership responsibilities. The role serves as a trusted advisor to People & Operations stakeholders, leads the delivery of complex People Insights initiatives,
and guides a team of analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. The role requires robust consulting skills, critical thinking, project management experience, dashboard and reporting solution experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
Consulting
Partner with People & Operations stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical approaches, and develop practical recommendations that drive action.
Lead discovery conversations, challenge assumptions, and help stakeholders frame business problems, requirements, and success measures.
Partner with technology, reporting, and analytics teams to ensure dashboard and reporting solutions are designed, tested, and delivered in alignment with stakeholder needs.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting business outcomes.
