Role Description This is a full-time, on-site President role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The President will provide strategic leadership across all business units, drive growth initiatives, and ensure operational excellence in steel manufacturing and distribution.



Daily responsibilities include overseeing production, supply chain, and sales performance, guiding senior management, and aligning organizational priorities with long-term business goals. The role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to maintain product quality, safety standards, and market competitiveness. The President will also lead business planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable expansion.
Qualifications
Strategic leadership and general management skills, including long-term planning, organizational governance, and stakeholder management.
Operations and manufacturing management expertise, preferably in steel or heavy industry, covering production efficiency, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
