Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Manager with a proven track record in the clothing retail sector to lead our digital storefronts. You will be the bridge between our vision and execution, managing a hybrid ecosystem of in-house talent and third-party agencies.

The ideal candidate is a strategic powerhouse who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in the day-to-day operations. You will oversee everything from inventory health and marketplace listings to high-level digital marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities1. Team & Stakeholder Management

Hybrid Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact and lead for both internal team members and external third-party agencies (Tech, Performance Marketing, Logistics).
Performance Tracking: Set transparent KPIs for agencies and internal staff,



ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Operations & Strategy
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire E-commerce value chain, including cataloging, inventory management, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Platform Management: Oversee the brand’s website (D2C) and presence on major marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion).
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute seasonal sales campaigns, discount structures, and product launch calendars specifically tailored for the apparel market.
Data & Digital Marketing
Conversion Optimization: Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize the UI/UX, reducing bounce rates and improving conversion.
Budgeting: Manage the P&L; for the E-commerce department, ensuring the ₹10–15 LPA investment in this role translates into sustainable ROI and scaled GMV.
Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly insights on sales trends, stock aging, and cus
