Role Description The Business Unit Head – Products will lead the product business unit, overseeing strategic planning, portfolio management,



and commercial performance for process equipment solutions. This full time, on-site role in the Greater Hyderabad Area includes defining product roadmaps, driving new product development, and aligning offerings with market needs in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing sectors. The role involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery, while maintaining compliance with international standards. The Business Unit Head will analyze market trends, set pricing and positioning strategies, develop branding initiatives, and support key customer engagements. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, optimizing operations, managing budgets, and building and mentoring a high-performing cross-functional team.
