Role Description The Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Indiacharts’ products and services. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves designing and executing growth experiments, optimizing marketing funnels, and collaborating with product, content,



and analytics teams to improve key performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing lead generation campaigns, analyzing web and marketing data, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and refining messaging and positioning across digital channels. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and dashboards, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
