About The Role

MM NOVA TECH LTD is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple companies within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in bookkeeping, account reconciliations,



and financial reporting. The successful candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, enabling them to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization while gaining exposure to international accounting standards and practices.

Qualifications

6–7 years of proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reconciliations, and accounting processes.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and IF formulas.
Hands-on experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Xero, or similar platforms.
