What you will work on
As our Client Training and Onboarding Specialist,



your primary responsibility is to ensure a
smooth and effective onboarding experience for our new and existing clients and facilitate
training programs to enhance their understanding of our products. You will play a crucial role in
creating a positive and lasting relationship between the company and its clients.
You will implement and manage our remote training programs to ensure customers have a
seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your role involves
collaborating with various teams to understand customer needs, delivering effective training
sessions, and continuously improving the onboarding process.
We are looking for a customer focussed and proactive training professional, who will display
strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You must enjoy working in an
innovative and quick-paced way reflective of a scaling high-growth health-tech company.
