Role Description The Nephrologist will provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outpatient and inpatient consultations, managing hemodialysis and other dialysis modalities, overseeing pre- and post-transplant nephrology care,



and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role involves interpreting diagnostic tests, developing evidence-based treatment protocols, participating in clinical teaching for residents and students, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the department. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi at Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences.
Qualifications

Solid clinical expertise in Medicine and Nephrology, with the ability to manage complex renal conditions.
Hands-on experience in Dialysis and Hemodialysis, including supervision of dialysis units and patient safety protocols.
Competence in caring for patients before and after kidney Transplant, including immunosuppression management and long-term follow-up.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD or equivalent), followed by DM/DNB in Nephrology
