Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT services or software company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, building a qualified pipeline, and driving business growth for IT and software services. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a genuine curiosity about technology.

Responsibilities:
Candidates should identify and generate new business opportunities for ACube's IT and software services through various channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals — including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
Candidates should build ICP-fit target lists by researching each prospect's stage, funding, product, and technology stack, and mapping warm-introduction paths where they exist.
Candidates should run personalized, value-first outreach that references a specific,



genuine detail about each prospect rather than generic messaging.
Candidates should qualify inbound and outbound leads (including website and advertising enquiries) against ACube's ideal customer profile, and set up discovery calls for the senior sales team.
Candidates should possess strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and align them with ACube's IT and software solutions (AI/ML, cloud/AWS, custom software, mobile, and learning platforms).
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, logging every interaction and running structured follow-up sequences.
Hands-on experience in lead generation through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
Experience handling the sales lifecycle from lead generation to qualified-prospect handover.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and current technology trends (AI, cloud, mobile).
