Role Overview
The RSM will lead the growth initiatives across various regions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue generation while managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse regional markets. You will be the face of Kimirica to our B2B clients, ensuring seamless service, strong engagement, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Lead the B2B sales function with ownership of P&L;, revenue growth, and long- term strategic partnerships.
• Develop regional sales plans, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
• Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across the region assigned
• Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and key account management for top B2B clients.
• Develop and grow distribution footprints in the assigned region. Strong distribution management,



increase market penetration and expand product reach to various Independents Hotels across the country.
• Build, develop and grow strong sales team with clear objective of delivering high performance & achieving assigned goals
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to hit their individual and team goals.
• Managing and leading regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets
• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
• Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region
• Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
