Position Summary
The IT Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting sales leads for the company's software/IT products and services through phone, email, and digital channels. This role is open to both freshers with strong communication skills and experienced professionals with a proven inside sales track record. The ideal candidate is target-driven, comfortable with high call/outreach volumes, and able to clearly articulate technical product value to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiry follow-up.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtual/in-person) to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to the company's IT/software product offerings.




• Maintain and update the sales pipeline accurately in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (calls made, leads converted, revenue generated).
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines; coordinate proposal and quotation preparation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay current on the company's product roadmap, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).
• 0–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome t
