We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Oversee Oracle database system operations for LoanIQ database. Ensure high availability and performance of critical lending business applications.
Troubleshoot complex Loan IQ batch issues, performance bottlenecks, platform slowness, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain data security, auditing, and compliance to controls (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions using available automated Oracle solutions. Perform Delphix administration to assist in data automation.
Complete timely vulnerability remediation, patching, and role-swap implementations directly supporting operational resilience and security compliance.
Lead incident resolution, analyze recurring issues, implement permanent fixes, and drive proactive problem management. Enforce database best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Ensure continuous alert optimization, Lead Time To Deploy reduction and MTTR reduction.
Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual interventions. Work with engineering teams to integrate alert management and self-healing automation by creating and maintaining database monitoring, automation, an
