About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and execution-focused Associate Product Manager to join our Product team.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to build and improve digital products that power Katyayani's ecosystem.



You will own features from ideation to launch, translate business problems into product solutions, and continuously improve the user experience through data-driven decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and building products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear acceptance criteria.
Create user flows, wireframes, process maps, and functional specifications for new features.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Own feature execution from planning and development through testing, launch, and post-release improvements.
Define and document business processes, user journeys, edge cases, and prod
