*Role Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Telecaller* with prior experience in the *study abroad industry*. The role involves engaging prospective students, qualifying leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
* Handle inbound enquiries and provide information on study abroad opportunities.
* Qualify leads based on academic profile, destination, and budget.
* Schedule counselling appointments and conduct regular follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status.
* Coordinate with counsellors to ensure a smooth student journey.




* Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.

*Desired Candidate Profile*

1–3 years* of experience in tele calling for a *Study Abroad Consultancy* or Overseas Education industry.
* Excellent communication skills in *English and Hindi* (additional languages are an advantage).
* Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
