Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Quality Management Representative. The role involves monitoring and maintaining quality standards across manufacturing processes, conducting routine inspections, and supporting internal and external quality audits. The Quality Management Representative will handle customer and internal complaints, coordinate root-cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include preparing and updating quality documentation,



supporting compliance with relevant standards, and collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Management and Quality Assurance skills, with experience implementing and maintaining quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills, including planning, conducting, and documenting internal and supplier audits.
Candidates should possess Complaint Management skills, with the ability to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Candidates should possess Documentation skills, including creating, managing, and updating SOPs, work instructions, inspection reports, and other quality records.
