Content Whale is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and mentor our Business Development Executive (BDE) team. The role focuses on driving outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting across our service portfolio while ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for the sales team. Success is measured by team performance, meeting generation, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

What will you do?




As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team, driving outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts. You'll ensure the team consistently identifies potential clients, books qualified meetings for the sales team, and builds a solid pipeline of business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
Set and monitor outreach and meeting-booking targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
Oversee outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Ensure the team generates qualified leads and books meetings for the Account Managers and Sales Executives.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
