Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Collaborate with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of merchants
Data Migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscription data from their previous platform to Loop, ensuring no data loss or errors
Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration processes and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues after merchant onboarding
Shopify Expertise:



Leverage knowledge of Shopify to assist merchants with custom requirements

Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
Proficiency in Excel and Python scripts
Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required
