About the Company
We are a fast-growing food manufacturing and distribution company specializing in batter products and other food-related FMCG products. We are currently expanding our business operations across India and are looking for energetic sales professionals with strong retail and food industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business in retail stores, supermarkets, apartments, and community networks.
Generate new leads and onboard recent customers for our batter and food products.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer support.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Requirements
Experience in field sales, FMCG sales, or food product sales.
Strong contacts in retail shops, supermarkets, apartment communities, or food distribution networks.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Candidate with experience in batter, dairy, frozen food, or food distribution industry will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Existing network in retail and food industry.
Knowledge of local market and customer handling.
Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
