We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and execution-driven Social Media Executive who can manage multiple brand pages, plan content calendars, and help build a robust digital presence across platforms.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats, audience engagement, and brand communication. This role requires someone who can handle day-to-day page management, content planning, posting, coordination, and basic performance tracking across AdSynergiX and our additional Instagram-led brand pages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle company social media pages across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.




• Manage additional Instagram accounts/pages as per current trends, brand positioning, and content calendar planning.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content as per the monthly content calendar.
• Research trending reels, audio, meme formats, hooks, carousel formats, and platform updates to create relevant content ideas.
• Write captions, post copies, hooks, short content pieces, and basic campaign content.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, videos, carousels, reels, and campaign assets.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual style, posting frequency, and overall communication across all pages.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and community interactions.
• Assist in growing pages through organic content ideas, engagement strategies, and platform best practices.
• Support LinkedIn branding, company updates, hiring posts, campaign highlights, and thought-leadership content.
• Maintain content cale
