What you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus
12–15+ years of product management/delivery experience, including demonstrated experience managing other product managers or product owners




Strong track record of driving SaaS/platform roadmap execution end-to-end — sprint planning, release management, cross-team dependency resolution — in a multi-pod, multi-region delivery environment
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and associated tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated-industry domain exposure preferred, but strong delivery discipline in any enterprise SaaS context will be considered
Comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities across multiple concurrent delivery streams
Demonstrated ability to operate as the execution counterpart to strategy leadership based in a different region/time zone, with strong async and cross-time-zone communication habits
Robust listening, written, and verbal communication skills — able to synthesize input across stakeholders, write a one-line description, a one-pager, and present a concept live with a clear narrative
