Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set performance targets, and monitor achievement against sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients, and presenting suitable insurance solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal underwriting and operations teams,



preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring consistent follow-up from lead generation to policy closure. The Sales Manager will also train and mentor team members, implement sales best practices, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales leadership experience, including managing teams, setting targets, and driving revenue growth in insurance or financial services.
Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to analyze client needs and risk profiles, and to propose appropriate insurance and human capital solutions.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales documentation, preparing reports, and using CRM or sales management tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts
