Position Summary
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping process for domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and land transportation. The role ensures timely and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs agents, and global logistics partners, the Shipping Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring shipment visibility,



accurate documentation, invoice validation, and resolution of logistics-related issues.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution for inbound and outbound shipments across air, sea, and road transportation.
Manage local and international transportation activities to ensure timely pickup, transit, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery, providing regular status updates and maintaining shipment visibility in company systems.
Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded into the Enterprise Planning (EP) system.
Coordinate closely with global and local freight forwarders to manage shipment schedules, transportation planning, and issue resolution.
Support customs clearance activities for inbound shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders and ensuring required documentation
