Required Skills & Experience :

Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience.*

Deep expertise in EV charging systems & interoperability*
Strong knowledge of: ISO 15118, DIN70121, IEC 61851*
AC/DC charging systems*
Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis capability*
Leadership
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
Ability to operate at system integration level
Delivery
Experience managing multi-region test programs
Strong stakeholder and program management capability
Desirable
Experience with global interop campaigns and road-trip testing




Exposure to EVSE / CPO ecosystem collaboration
Knowledge of data-driven analytics for testing

Key Responsibilities
1) Technical Leadership & Strategy Execution
-Lead execution of charging interoperability test strategy across all programs
-Ensure all releases meet objectives of: High first-time charging success
-Robust fallback behavior
-Global compatibility across EVSE ecosystems
-Define and govern test coverage across:
Conformance testing (ISO 15118, DIN70121, IEC standards)
Mini loop (release) testing
DV / official loop validation
Real-world public charging scenarios
2) Test Delivery & Global Coordination
Plan and oversee global testing campaigns, including Multi-market testing (UK, EU, NA, APAC)
Supplier / partner test execution
Parallel test activities across regions
Ensure vehicles are tested across representative EVSE coverage (CPOs, power levels, standards)
3) Issue Diagnosis & Root Cause Leadership
Lead end-to-end issue tria
