We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
The Global File Transfer Services (GFTS)
Development team is responsible for designing and configuring secure file transmission solutions using approved BNY products and protocols. This role requires deep technical expertise across supported transmission platforms and the ability to configure solutions across a broad range of file transfer technologies. The individual is expected to review assigned transmission requests, assess customer and business requirements, and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to implement standardized, secure, and reliable file transfer solutions. In addition, the role requires the ability to address complex technical queries, provide sound technical guidance and recommendations, and support effective solution delivery. A robust working knowledge of workload provisioning, along with proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills, is essential for success in this role.
