Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Designer role based in Chennai. The Architectural Designer will contribute to design development from early concept sketches to detailed construction drawings,



ensuring that design intent and functionality are carried through each phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans, sections, elevations, and details; assisting with 3D models and visualizations; and supporting coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants. The role involves participating in design reviews, supporting urban and site planning studies, and helping to prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings and approvals. The Architectural Designer will collaborate with senior architects and project managers, assist with material and product research, and help monitor design consistency with sustainability goals and local regulations.
