Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of gensets and related power solutions in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area through client acquisition, relationship management,



and contract negotiation. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing customers, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals. The Sales Manager will coordinate with operations and service teams to align customer requirements, manage installation timelines, and support post-sales service quality. Daily tasks include market research, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, reporting performance metrics to management, and participating in local marketing or promotional activities. The role also includes building long-term partnerships with industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and institutional clients to expand the company’s presence in the region.
